A small resort nestled in Key Largo with a family friendly atmosphere overlooking the Florida Bay on the Intercoastal Waterway.  All rooms are waterfront suites with kitchens and sunset views.  Watch the dolphins and manatees from your private screened balcony. Bring your boat or rent one for bayside or oceanside access.  On-site dockage is available for your boating pleasure if fishing, diving, or snorkeling the famous waters off Key Largo. This is a nature lover's paradise with John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park and the Everglades National Park nearby.  On-site, there are BBQ grills and picnic areas located in a tropical setting on the water. Restaurants, entertainment and water sports are within walking distance from the resort.

All 30 units are one bedroom suites with a king bed in the bedroom and queen sleeper sofa in the living area, accommodating up to four people.  There is a TV in each room with expanded basic cable and VCR/DVD player.  There is a full sized refrigerator, 4-burner stove top, microwave oven, toaster, coffee maker, blender, hair dryer and ironing board.  Each unit has a private balcony overlooking Florida Bay, offering evening sunset views.

John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park is a Florida State Park located on Key Largo in Florida, and includes approximately 70 nautical square miles of adjacent Atlantic Ocean waters.  It was the first underwater park in the United States.  The park was added to the National Registry of Historic Places on April 14, 1972.  The primary attractions of the park are the coral reefs and their  associated marine life.

   
Everglades National Park is a national park in the U.S. state of Florida that protects the southern 25% of the original Everglades.  It is the largest subtropical wilderness in the United States, and is visited on average by one million people each year.  It is the third largest national park in the lower 48 states after Death Valley and Yellowstone.  It has been declared an International Biosphere Reserve, a World Heritage Site, and a Wetland of International Importance; only one of three locations in the world to appear on all three lists.

Rental Price $995.00

There are no additional fees required.  Units rented through the resort or realty companies will charge booking fees,  as well  as state and lodging taxes.  You must be at least 25 years of age to rent.  No pets are allowed.  Occupancy limits must be adhered to.  A credit card imprint will be required at check-in for incidental charges.  If you have no charges, your credit card imprint will be returned at check-out.  At 50% deposit will be required to place a reservation with the resort, with the remaining balance due 45 days prior to check-in.  These can be paid either  by Cashier's Check or through Paypal.
