All 30 units are one bedroom
suites with a king bed in the bedroom and queen sleeper sofa in the
living area, accommodating up to four people. There is a TV in
each room with expanded basic cable and VCR/DVD player. There is
a full sized refrigerator, 4-burner stove top, microwave oven, toaster,
coffee maker, blender, hair dryer and ironing board. Each unit
has a private balcony overlooking Florida Bay, offering evening sunset
views.

John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park is a Florida State Park
located on Key Largo in Florida, and includes approximately 70 nautical
square miles of adjacent Atlantic Ocean waters. It was the first
underwater park in the United States. The park was added to the
National Registry of Historic Places on April 14, 1972. The
primary attractions of the park are the coral reefs and their
associated marine life. Everglades
National Park is a
national park in the U.S. state of Florida that protects the southern
25% of the original Everglades. It is the largest subtropical
wilderness in the United States, and is visited on average by one
million people each year. It is the third largest national
park
in the lower 48 states after Death Valley and Yellowstone. It
has
been declared an International Biosphere Reserve, a World Heritage
Site, and a Wetland of International Importance; only one of three
locations in the world to appear on all three lists.
