Condo 2702 is a second floor unit. It is a large 1,820 sf 4
bedroom, 2-1/2 bath unit that will accommodate up to 10. There is
a king bed and jacuzzi with ensuite bath in the master and the second
bedroom has a queen bed. The third bedroom can be used for
an additional seating area, which has a double murphy bed. The
fourth bedroom has twin beds. All bedrooms and the living area
have televisions. Additionally, there is a full kitchen,
living and dining areas, a large porch, washer/dryer and fireplace.

The resort offers a large array of amenities including the
Barrier
Island Fun & Fitness Center.
The Fitness Center is the largest,
most complete workout facility on the Outer Banks. The state of the art
equipment includes thirteen circuit training machines, four treadmills,
two stair steppers, two Schwinn air dynes, two recumbent cycles, and a
complete line of free weight equipment. Aerobics programs for beginning
through advanced participants are taught by certified aerobics
instructors.
For those wanting to spend their time out of doors, playing hard will
be made easy on one of the resort's tennis, basketball, bocce ball,
volleyball, and badminton courts. Other outdoor activities include
hiking trails and an Outdoor "L" shaped Olympic-sized swimming pool
designed for laps or recreational swimming.
The recreational area
also includes a large gazebo with
restrooms, showers, changing facilities and a snack bar for
convenience. Owners boast at the close proximity of the amenities.
There is a full-time recreational director on site year round that
offers planned activities for adults and children.
The resort is located approximately one mile from the beautiful Kitty
Hawk beach, with private parking at the beach access for Barrier Island
Station owners and guests.
