This ownership has been converted to 69,000 Annual RCI Points. You can either use your RCI Points for flexibility or utilize the underlying week #39. The maintenance fee was $550 for 2009 and has been paid. Utilizing points gives one the opportunity to enjoy more than one week of vacation per year. You can utilize your points on last minute vacations (within 45 days of check-in). These vacations only require 7500 to 9000 points. Or you can utilize your points for trips less than a week. If you don't require a 2 bedroom unit, you can utilize fewer points for smaller units. Another option is utilizing your points during a lower season, which requires less points. You can reserve your week #39, or any week at your home resort or at your home resort group (Barrier Island Station Kitty Hawk and Barrier Island Station Ocean Pines). Points can be rolled over to the next year or borrowed from the next year. It is a very flexible program. In addition, points can be utilized toward discounted airfares, car rentals, hotel stays, Disney tickets, etc.

When you own a vacation week at Barrier Island Station Resort in Kitty Hawk, you not only get a top-notch condominium but you also own two units in one! Each unit occupies an entire floor of a building and consists of two separate, fully equipped condos, connected by both an interior door and individual outside entrances. The flexibility is incredible! Owners often use one side for vacation, and trade or rent the other. Some owners even trade both sides for two weeks at other resorts! But if space is what you need, use both units with the added benefit of two kitchens and two living-rooms. Close the connecting door and enjoy a little privacy away from the crowd!
Condo 903AB is located on the first floor unit. Unit A has a full kitchen, screened porch, two bathrooms with a jacuzzi in the master, with a king bed and a sleep sofa. This unit is 959 square feet. Unit B has a mini kitchen with a full size refrigerator, a balcony with table and chairs, one bathroom, and a queen bed and sleep sofa. The B side is 818 square feet. Each unit will accommodate up to four occupants and there is a shared washer and dryer in the foyer.



The recreational area
also includes a large gazebo with
restrooms, showers, changing facilities and a snack bar for
convenience. Owners boast at the close proximity of the amenities.
There is a full-time recreational director on site year round that
offers planned activities for adults and children.
