timeshare ownership is for a two bedroom/two
bathroom Lock-out condo. It is a fixed deeded unit and week.
This lock-out can be used in several combinations making it a
very flexible ownership. The unit for sale is #511AB, which is
located on the second floor (25 steps
to unit). The A side (850 sf) has
one bedroom, one bath, a full kitchen, jacuzzi, deck, 2 TVs, DVD/VCR
and will
accommodate up to four (King, sleep sofa). The B side (650 sf)
has one bedroom, one bath
and a partial kitchen (no oven) 1 TV, and will accommodate up to four
(Queen, sleep sofa). There is a washer/dryer in the foyer.
Both sides can be used for your vacation and will accommodate
a
total of eight guests. If only one side is needed for the
size of
your group, then you can vacation in one side and either rent out the
other side or deposit it with an exchange company for an additional
week of vacation. Or you can deposit both units separately
with
an exchange company for two separate exchanges.

Island Station is a
beautiful Sound-to-Ocean Resort on the Northern Outer Banks located in
Duck, North Carolina.
There are many amenities available on-site. The
indoor
pool complex has a large heated
pool
and hot tub, game room, exercise room, sauna and steam room, with
restrooms and changing areas. There is an activities director
that coordinates many activities for various ages during the week.
There
is a gorgeous free-form outdoor pool with showers and a picnic area.
The Snack Bar "Quackers" is located on the walkway connecting
the
outdoor pool to the beach. At the beach is a gazebo
overlooking
the ocean. To assist with getting your beachgear to the beach
or
pools, a tram runs regularly in-season throughout the resort.

Across
from the resort is the Sound where all kinds of water sports can be
enjoyed; windsurfing, sailing and jet skiing. Duck has bike
paths
throughout the town.
