South is located on the Outer Banks in the Village of Nags Head at mile
post 18. This small resort community features a 450-foot
oceanfront and tennis court. It is located in a quieter,
less traveled area of Nags Head with 16 duplex units. A paved
bike/walking path runs parallel to the road in this area, offering
opportunities for an active vacation. Owners are welcome to
bring along their animal companions for their timeshare week.

323 is a semi-oceanfront duplex house with marvelous views of the beach
and ocean. There are large decks to enjoy the sunrise or
watch the waves. The extra large family area with fireplace,
along with dining area and kitchen combination, provides plenty of room
to spread out. There are three bedrooms and a loft to
accommodate up to ten. The kitchen is fully equipped and
there is a full size washer and dryer. Enjoy covered parking
