The resort's one, two and three bedroom condominiums set directly on the beach and all units of beautiful views of the Gulf, as well as the courtyard and pool areas.  Two boardwalks extend from the courtyard to the surf, putting you just steps away from the gorgeous beach.  The courtyard is richly landscaped with palm trees and other tropical plants.

Indoors is a fitness room complete with Universal weight machine, bike and treadmill, and an activity room for social gatherings. Volleyball and badminton are also available.

   
This two bedroom condominium is 1,177 square feet with a private balcony offering beautiful beach and Gulf views.  It will comfortably accommodate up to six guests.  There are two full bathrooms and one half bath.  The master bath has a walk-in shower and whirlpool tub.  Both bedrooms have king size beds and there is a queen sleep sofa in the living area.  There are televisions in the living area and each bedroom.  A fully equipped kitchen and washer and dryer offer convenience for a week at the beach.

The 2011 maintenance fee was $611.00 and has been paid.  The next available use is August 5-12, 2012.  There are NO special assessments at this resort.

This is a fixed deeded week.  All closing costs and resort transfer fee will be the responsibility of the buyer.
