The Golden Strand welcomes you to an elegant resort and world-class

A short ride from the airports, the resort features one of South
Florida's finest beaches and a beautiful rainbow of colors and lights,
filtered through palm trees, bougainvilleas, hibiscus and beautiful
tropical vegetation.
Unit 1106 is a first floor condo located in Building 1, which is
situated along the path to the outdoor pool. It has two
bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen.

The Resort
offers various amenities for the comfort of its residents
such as: beach, outdoor semi-olympic pool, restaurant, Tiki Bar, SPA,
Earl Speicher Golden Club including an exercise room, a DSL/Wireless
equipped Internet room, a vast library and games, playground, laundry
facilities, shuffleboard, security and guest services.
The Golden Strand Resort offers to its residents a DSL access Internet
room located in the Golden Club. A free wireless DSL access for laptop
users is also available throughout the resort.
The Earl Speicher Golden Club is a vast entertainment area offering a
large library with a reading area, domestic and international
newspapers, a big screen TV with a DVD player, piano, terrace over
looking the ocean.
The Club opens daily from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM and also includes
services to residents such as an exercise room and an Internet
café.

Italian Restaurant & Bar:
An enjoyable Italian dining experience features the finest Italian
cuisine and warm hospitality in an exotic location. Most ingredients
are imported directly from Italy and are used to create contemporary
Italian cuisine honoring traditional recipes. The restaurant is open
daily for lunch and dinner. Choice of seating is available indoor in a
climate-controlled ambiance, or outdoors in a beautiful cozy
atmosphere.
Live entertainment is provided Thursdays thru Sunday. A Tiki Bar serves
residents at the beach and the pool.
The SPA offers a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere that will rejuvenate
the body and the soul.
Separate facilities are available for men and women including Jacuzzi,
steam rooms and saunas on a complimentary basis to our owners and
guests.
Relax on the beach by the glistening warm ocean waters and enjoy.
Leave the world behind and take a stroll along the pristine beach, or
relax by the semi-Olympic size pool. The temperature of the pool is
maintained at a constant 86º Fahrenheit. Your kids will also enjoy
the playground located between the pool and the beach.
Feel the warm, gentle sea breeze and hear the sound of the waves on
miles of white sandy shore.
Beach umbrellas, pads, lounge chairs are available for residents. Fresh
beach towels are provided by our beach attendants every day. Additional
amenities include a shuffleboard court and a ping pong table.

RENTAL:
$1495.00
There
is no
additional
lodging tax added onto your rental rate, which the resort has to
charge.
Lodging and State taxes can be as high as 14% of
your total
rental.
Terms:
You must
be at least 25 years of age. No pets allowed.
Occupancy
limits must be adhered to (max. 8). A 50% deposit is required
prior to
a
reservation being placed in your name. Unit will not be held
until funds are received. Upon reservation being made, final
50%
of payment is due 60 days prior to start of week (or due upon receipt
of reservation if week begins in less than 60 days). If final
payment is not received within timeframe
specified, the unit will be made available for rental and initial
deposit will
be forfeited. A signed rental agreement specifying the terms
will
also be required at the time of deposit. This can be faxed or
emailed to you. No refund will be available for cancellation,
unless a suitable renter is found and full payment is received.
If you prefer, an escrow company may be utilized to handle
payment of the rental fee at the renter's expense. Vacation
insurance can also be purchased at the renter's expense and I will be
happy
to provide contact information.
The most secure form of payment for both parties is throutgh PAYPAL.
If you do not have a PAYPAL account, it is free and easy to
set
up and there are no fees incurred by the person making payments.
However, I will accept a Cashier's Check.
