Located at the foot of 11,166-foot Lone Mountain and overlooking scenic Lake Levinski, Lake Condominiums at Big Sky puts you in the center of nature’s beauty. No matter the season, you will enjoy panoramic views of mountain peaks and valleys from your private deck. And after an exhilarating day, you can return to the warmth of a crackling fire in your fireplace.

Lake Condominiums is a true destination resort. In the summer, Lake Condominiums provides the perfect home base for a must-see day trip to Yellowstone National Park or an overnight trip to Grand Teton National Park. Both parks feature magnificent mountains, unspoiled wilderness and spectacular wildlife.

For all those in-between moments, you can engage in a game of volleyball or horseshoes, indulge in the year-round heated outdoor pool or enjoy the crisp mountain air and scenic beauty from two large hot tubs. Also,you will have access to the fitness center at neighboring Huntley Lodge.

Unit #1510 is a 2 Bedroom with loft, full kitchen and two full bathrooms. The loft area is private and can be considered a third bedroom. This timeshare condo sleeps 8. It is a top floor unit and is direct lakefront.

RENTAL: $1195.00 (7 NIGHTS) Note: Book early! This resort has 0% vacancy May 15-September 15 each year!

Plus, there is no additional lodging tax added onto your rental rate, which the resort has to charge. Lodging and State taxes can be as high as 14% of your total rental.

Terms: You must be at least 25 years of age. No pets allowed. Occupancy limits must be adhered to. A 50% deposit is required prior to a reservation being placed in your name. Unit will not be held until funds are received. Upon reservation being made, final 50% of payment is due 60 days prior to start of week (or upon receipt of reservation if week begins less than 60 days). If final payment is not received within timeframe specified, the unit will be made available for rental and the initial deposit will be forfeited. A signed rental agreement specifying the terms will also be required at the time of deposit. This can be faxed or emailed to you. No refund will be available for cancellation, unless a suitable renter is found and full payment is received. If you prefer, an escrow company may be utilized to handle payment of the rental fee at the renter's expense. Vacation insurance can also be purchased at the renter's expense and I will be happy to provide contact information.

The most secure form of payment for both parties is throutgh PAYPAL. If you do not have a PAYPAL account, it is free and easy to set up and there are no fees incurred by the person making payments. However, I will accept a Cashier's Check.
