This condo is located on the fourth floor on the South side of the building with partial views of the ocean and Rudee Inlet from the windows.  Guests can relax in this two bedroom condo with two full bathrooms that features a kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave oven, blender, toaster oven, coffeemaker, two-burner stove top, cookware, flatware and utensils. This condo is scheduled for a complete refurbishment in May 2010 (new everything!).  Other amenities include two flat screen TVs, cable television, DVD player and safe.  The daily housekeeping service provides fresh towels and trash pickup. Full housekeeping service is available for an additional fee.

      


Rental Price $995.00

There are no additional fees required.  Units rented through the resort or realty companies will charge booking fees,  as well  as state and lodging taxes.  You must be at least 25 years of age to rent.  No pets are allowed.  Occupancy limits must be adhered to.  A credit card imprint will be required at check-in for incidental charges.  If you have no charges, your credit card imprint will be returned at check-out.  At 50% deposit will be required to place a reservation with the resort, with the remaining balance due 45 days prior to check-in.  These can be paid either  by Cashier's Check or through Paypal.
