This timeshare condo is located on the ninth offering expansive views of the beach, ocean and boardwalk.   Guests can relax in this one bedroom condo with one bathroom that features a full kitchen with refrigerator, microwave oven, blender, toaster oven, coffeemaker, ceramic stove top, cookware, flatware and utensils. This condo had a complete refurbishment in January 2010 (new everything!).  Other amenities include two flat screen TVs, cable television, DVD player and safe.  The daily housekeeping service provides fresh towels and trash pickup. Full housekeeping service is available for an additional fee.
