Outer Banks Beach Club II is the only Gold Crown Resort on the Outer Banks of North Carolina.  It exchanges through both of the major exchange companies (RCI, II) and several independents.  This is a prime August week with a Friday check-in.

This spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit accommodates 6 people with privacy for 4.  The master bedroom has a queen-sized bed and the guest bedroom has 2 twin-sized beds. The living room has a queen size sleep sofa.  Unit 17E is a top floor condo across the street from the beach.



North Carolina's Outer Banks is a vacationer's dream come true. At Outer Banks Beach Club II, the beach becomes your own private paradise. The resort is comprised of 104 - 1 and 2 bedroom units. The club has an outdoor pool  and an indoor pool, and 2 jacuzzis (1 indoor, 1 outdoor). It also features several laundry facilities, a library, tennis and shuffleboard courts, playground, game room, barbecue grills and a year round recreation department.

This is a fixed deeded red week.  All closing costs and resort transfer fees will be the responsibility of the buyer.  The buyer will also be responsible for reimbursement of the maintenance fee to the Seller if the 2009 week is utilized.
