This timeshare ownership is a fixed deeded unit and fixed week #26.   It is a large  two-story townhouse style condo, which sleeps 6, with two bedrooms and 2-1/2 bathrooms.  There is a king bed in the  Master bedroom, with two twin beds in the second bedroom.   A queen sleep sofa is located in the living area.  There is a beautiful jacuzzi room with vaulted ceiling, great for pampering and relaxing.  There is a fully-equipped kitchen and washer and dryer.  The Master  bedroom has a balcony and there is a private patio off the living area.

On-site, amenities include two outdoor pools, one indoor pool, 11 tennis courts, hot tub, exercise room, sauna, gameroom, two 18-hole golf courses, a Clubhouse, boat ramp, bicycle and boat rentals, a pizza parlor and convenience store.
