Unit 5C is a large  two-story townhouse style condo, which sleeps 6, with two bedrooms and 2-1/2 bathrooms.  There is a king bed in the  Master bedroom, with two twin beds in the second bedroom.   A queen sleep sofa is located in the living area.  There is a beautiful jacuzzi room with vaulted ceiling, great for pampering and relaxing.  There is a fully-equipped kitchen and washer and dryer.  The Master  bedroom has a balcony and there is a private patio off the living area.

On-site, amenities include two outdoor pools, one indoor pool, 11 tennis courts, hot tub, exercise room, sauna, gameroom, two 18-hole golf courses, a Clubhouse, boat ramp, bicycle and boat rentals, a pizza parlor and convenience store.

There are no additional fees required.  Units rented through the resort or realty companies will charge booking fees,  as well  as state and lodging taxes.  You must be at least 25 years of age to rent.  No pets are allowed.  Occupancy limits must be adhered to.  A credit card imprint will be required at check-in for incidental charges.  If you have no charges, your credit card imprint will be returned at check-out.  At 50% deposit will be required to place a reservation with the resort, with the remaining balance due 45 days prior to check-in.  These can be paid either  by Cashier's Check or through Paypal.
